At Bobo Choses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative pieces; if a garment isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a refund. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging intact.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original box or any sturdy shipping container, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.
Ship the Items
Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
